The Kirk BL-60DG L-Bracket for Canon 60D with BG-E9 Battery Grip allows you to switch from portrait to landscape orientation and vice versa with your 60D - efficiently, without the need to tilt your ball head and re-level the shot. The single piece of machined 6061TG aluminum was designed to fit a 60D that's mounted to a BG-E9 battery grip.On both of its sides, the lightweight aluminum BL-60DG L-Bracket is compatible with Arca-Swiss-Style quick-release clamps. It mounts to the bottom of the BG-E9 via a standard 1/4"-20 screw.The bracket preserves your access to all important camera controls, such as the rubber side hatches, the battery compartment, the remote switch (even in the vertical format) and the camera strap loop. Notched into both the horizontal and the vertical segments are sensor-centering lines - specific to the 60D, of course.
