Just received this projector this afternoon, Everything was in the box,The remote on the other hand was used, I mean used broken pieces fell out of the battery compartment and the inside and outside had what looks like super glue on it,Like it was broken before and a messed up job of repairing, Haven't had a chance to use the projector as the remote controls the major functions, Notified Amazon about the remote,I know, Good luck getting a replacement for the remote, Just to see if the Damn thing works It's true you get what you pay for, Lets just say I'm out $265 dollars for this, I live in Washington st, and so is Amazon So much for the LED-66 If nothing can be done Amazon has lost a customer,To them it is probably no big deal.Was able to fix the remote,I'm impressed with the projector,Use it as the main tv,It is a 640x480 not 800x600 or 1280x768 and it is 800:1 not 2000:1 If you get a video set-up dvd made for the contrast,brightness,color,sharpness and tint,It will make the setup easier,It also has a user setting to do the adjustments,Once done,Just defocus slightly,It will minimize the screen door effect(sde).At 11ft.was able to achieve a 110in.picture,As mentioned defocus slightly and set the sharpness level lower,This projector is set at 30,I mean for a 640x480 it is perfect,Can't beat the price for a tv my cable is 480i anyway, I'm buying another one,Plus moreMost of the consumer Reviews tell that the "BEST NEW LED HD Home Theater Multimedia LCD Projector 1080P AV VGA HDMI SD USB TV S-Video PS3 WII US Stock (LED-66, Black)" are high quality item.
