I'm a lazy diver. Some say I should have died a long time ago. I don't check my gauges. I don't pay attention to dive tables. I don't secure my light very well. I drag it across rocks at the bottom of rivers, across the deck while I drag my BC, across the sandy bottom of the Florida ocean, and across countless miles of coral. I've replaced tons of lights before for leaking, cracks, and just simply they died. This light has held up to an unbelievable amount of abuse. I've never replaced the o ring either. Salt water, fresh water, muddy water, and even mud once! lol. That's a whole different story though. This light produces variable amounts of light based upon what is needed which is essential when you are diving in such varied conditions like me.
