The MDS by Proficient Audio features 3-inch injection-molded graphite woofer and a 1-inch soft dome tweeter. An integrated bracket conceals wiring and connections. Designed to mount to a ceiling or wall in multiple dwelling units such as lofts, townhouses, condos and high-rise buildings. Use included MDS back plate for J-box installations. For new construction, use PCB-MDS pre-construction bracket. The MDS2 is available in white or black.

Picked up 6 of these to install in a 5.1 system. Not the easiest install for a DIY project. You have to have single gang boxes cut into the wall, and the speakers come pre-wired with a tail that you have to splice on to your main speaker wires. Once they were all installed, they sounded really good.
You do need a solid amp, as these are only 4 Ohm speakers and at 85 db, not the easiest load to drive. I set the crossover at 120 Hz to take some of the low end burden off of them and shift it to the subwoofer. Paid a bit less that the MSRP listed here, I will say that I don't think I would be as pleased if I had paid $375.00 per pair, but all in all they are solid little speakers.
