I bought this card even though I have no knowledge of the manufacturer. The card is a high quality video card. But the two fans are sandwiched between the card components and the heat sink. There is very little room for error. One of the fans was a bit off balance in its rotation. As the PC booted up the card started making a sound like an out of balance washing machine. It started getting worse as the fan speed increased. I had to shut down the computer because I was concerned about the vibrations damaging something. With a fear of shrapnel if the fan fails and the noise already getting on my nerves I decided to yank it out and return it. I think I will avoid any card with more then 1 fan next time.

I am not saying this card is bad, but I think the multi fan arrangement is problematic. There isn't much you can do when a fan goes out except take it offline or replace the card. Too bad in a way, but a blessing also in disguise.
