I originally set this camera up with my PC and could record video with it. Now I lost my PC and can only view it through the web browser on my mac and iPhone. It does have a clear picture, but the iPhone app is a little glitchy. It's suppose to send texts when it detects movement but doesn't always work. Plus, you have to be still connected to the network in order to receive the alerts. There's no text or email alert if you are away.
