Pros: 1) visually nice once assembled; 2) well written instructions made it fairly easy to assemble

Cons: 1) the mounting screws DID NOT fit the back of my TV (so had to go to home depot to purchase); 2) the box is very heavy so assistance is required; 3) questionable product quality as one piece came apart (metal ring came off) during unpacking;

Once fully assembled, it looks nice but if I had to do it again, I would shop around for a cheaper (and probably same quality) unit.
