The OptiPlex is a good system and came configured with Windows7 and Office 2010 Pro+. The only problem we had with the unit was a dead CMOS battery. We changed it here avoid having to send it back as we needed this now. It would have been nice if the Dell install CD's were included as the license key on the computer was for XP-Pro not Windows7 nor MS Office 2010. Other then that this seller is okay in my book but not 5 stars. If you look at the reviews you will see others with the same CMOS battery issue. I hope this makes them check the PC's before shipping.
