I received this item very fast. It was packed very well. When i opened the package the backside cover was loose. I could fix it easily. But when i opened the upper cover a lot of dust was inside the PC.(thats why I rated it 4 stars). If it is a refurbished item it should have bean cleaned thouroughly. After cleaned it I installed it and working perfectly. Some scratches in front cover as discribed. Working fast and fine till today.
