It's just the right size to fit my iPad (3) which also has a screen cover. The retractible handles are great - you can carry the briefcase like a purse or tuck them back and slip the entire case into a larger bag (like my laptop case). The only thing I would change is the extra storage pocket - I wish there was a pleat or something like that so the power cord would fit without pushing it out too much (it fits, don't get me wrong - it just bumps out). All in all, it is what I wanted - something compact and stylish and easy to carry!!!
