I bought this laptop because I needed a machine with some graphics and CPU horsepower for a streaming video feed to a TV. We watched the entire Tour de France using it with no problems at all. The matte finish screen is excellent and the screen brightness is higher than that of the HP8510P which we also own. If you buy one of these, be aware that the cooling fan required periodic maintenance - dust and lint build up on the heat exchanger resulting in a noisy fan running all the time. Once you know how to do it, cleaning the fan area takes only 10 minutes and a small phillips screwdriver. See YouTube for videos on how to do the job. Has an HDMI output for video/audio feed to a TV.

I'd never buy a new HP laptop because of our past experience with their terrible service, but this used one was a great deal.
