I am, first of all a big fan of the Panofix (that bracket that allows you to turn your camera on the vertical and allows you to take panoramic shots). It works great on a tri-pod, but for those times when you have limited time or are on, say a walking tour where others dictate the pace, I highly recommend the PanoPod X Panorama. This allows you to go for a great panoramic or just that regular shot without the extra setup time. I have used all of these products and find this is really nice to have. The light weight also means I can take this with me on an all day shoot as it fits easily in my backpack, not becoming just one more separate item to carry. So...great product for great shots and at a great price. A must have.
