I have had the screen installed it on my Dell XPS M1530 laptop (replaced my old screen that has burned out back lights), which uses FX313 LCD screen (LED back light) as confirmed by contacting Dell tech service. During Windows 7 boot up, when normally DELL icon (later Windows icon) appear on a black screen background, the new screen shows pink/magenta background. The screen color turned back to normal at log on screen and I also see normal color after logged in. The screen is very bright and has WXGA+ (1440 X 900) resolution, but I can not adjust screen brightness using function keys on my keyboard, or display brightness adjustment function in system tools. I have checked the monitor/display settings in the BIOS set up page, and it shows the new screen as 'unrecognized panel'. So it looks like the screen I receive is NOT a standard DELL FX313 screen that performs as well as OEM (I have replaced my screen 2 years ago when my laptop was still covered by warranty, so I know how the OEM screen performs). The same seller also sell another screen called 'DELL XPS M1530 N154C6-L02 LAPTOP LCD SCREEN 15.4" WXGA+ LED DIODE', which may be a better fit for XPS M1530.
